Important Payroll Information

To all SETA Employees:
Time sheets for PP 1 (Dec 14 – Dec 27, 2014) have been generated and you can now go in to record yours hours.
Time sheets for PP 1 must be submitted, approved and received in payroll by 9:00 AM on Thursday, December 18, 2014

Please remember:
Regular hours will be generated on your time sheet for all days, excluding holidays.  Since December 24th is a 1/2 day holiday, your time sheet will reflect half of your hours as Holiday and the other half as Regular.  If you are opting to take the entire day off on Dec 24th, the regular hours will need to be changed to reflect the leave time you will be using.  The same would apply to the remaining days of the pay period that are not holiday days. 
If leave time is not to be used, then Regular Hours must be changed to LWOP Hours (Leave without Pay).
Probationary employees may use vacation accruals for this holiday closure.  Please contact Payroll if you need to verify available hours for use.
 Paycheck distribution during the winter break:

 If you normally receive your paycheck via:

 Mail – your paycheck will be mailed on December 31, 2014

 Direct Deposit – your paycheck will be deposited on January 2, 2015 and your pay stub/statement will be available for pick up, Monday, January 5, 2015

 Picked-up – your actual paycheck will be available to pick up at the SETA front desk on December 31, 2014 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

Any checks not picked up by 12:00 p.m. will be mailed out to you on that day.
