I’d like to remind everyone that the deadline for submitting mileage reimbursement claims to the Fiscal Department is ten (10) days after the end of each quarter.  Claims submitted beyond this date may not be paid.  This policy applies throughout the fiscal year but is particularly important for the quarter ending June 30.  If you have not turned in your mileage claims for the quarter ended June 30, 2014, please turn in the claims as soon as possible.
