I want to celebrate the 99%. I am not discussing the economic divide in the country. Nor am I referring to someone’s test score. The 99% refers to the vast majority of dedicated staff at SETA that come to work everyday. Do their work, improve the lives of others, and go home.

So often we as managers and supervisors get distracted by the 1% that do not do this that we forget to stop and say thank you enough to every employee that comes to work on time, does their work, helps their co-workers, clients, children, is easy to get along with, etc.

So thank you. You are what makes SETA great. You are the people that impact lives because it is about others.

Here is a challenge to any supervisors or managers reading this email: send me stories of people on your staff doing great things and I will try to find the best way of sharing the great things your team members are doing.
